Ricky Motschwiller is the Chief Financial Officer of Abcuro. Ricky joined Abcuro in 2021 and has held finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance. During his time at Abcuro, Ricky has led the company’s finance organization, overseeing financial planning and strategy, accounting and reporting, treasury, tax, and other corporate operations. Prior to joining Abcuro, Ricky held finance and accounting leadership roles at Constellation Pharmaceuticals through its acquisition by MorphoSys. Previously, he was a consultant at Solas Consulting, advising public and private life sciences and technology companies on financial operations, financial reporting and technical accounting matters. Ricky began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its assurance practice. Ricky is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University.
